Hayley is a Texas Realtor, English teacher, entrepreneur, and busy mom of four who has mastered the art of wearing multiple hats! She co-founded A&H Staffing Collective with a love for connecting great people with the right opportunities. Whether she’s helping clients find a home, teaching students, or building a business, Hayley is all about communication, organization, and making things happen. She brings big ideas, a little humor, and a whole lot of heart to A&H, and firmly believes the right person in the right role can make all the difference.
Shannon Howard
Shannon is a real estate professional, entrepreneur, and proud mom of two boys with more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. Throughout her career, she’s worked behind the scenes in administration, client communication, organization, and day-to-day operations, giving her a firsthand understanding of just how valuable the right support can be. As Co-Founder of A&H Staffing Collective, Shannon brings experience, attention to detail, and a genuine love for helping people succeed. She believes great businesses are built with great people and she has a knack for helping connect the two.
